What is your return policy? 

We are here to help and will be more than happy to talk with you to answer any concerns before making a purchase. We want you to love your Rei of Light Jewelry and understand on rare occasion an item might not match your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may send it back unworn in its original condition with tags and packaging within 10 days. We will gladly exchange it for any item equal to the value or issue a credit if the new item chosen is less money. Every piece of jewelry has time and materials invested and is made to order for you with handpicked stones. We do not keep inventory on hand. There is a 25% restocking fee on all exchanges, therefore please take time to read the product description in full. If you received your jewelry as a gift, we require a proof of purchase or gift receipt.

Once an order is placed it may not be canceled unless you do so on the same day the order was placed. Special sale items, custom designed pieces, Fine Jewelry, sample sale pieces, limited editions, fundraiser orders or commissioned pieces may not be exchanged or returned and are FINAL SALE.

Please contact the design studio at info@reioflightjewelry.com  to discuss your return/exchange prior to shipping any item back to the studio. Items from orders placed by wholesale vendors may not be returned unless the pieces have been damaged. 

Please note that shipping on all returns/exchanges is non-refundable. Rei of Light cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged or are otherwise not in the original condition. Rei of Light Jewelry Designs is dedicated to customer satisfaction. Each piece of jewelry is inspected before shipping, ensuring that it is free of all defects and or damage. 

Upon receipt of returned goods, Rei of Light Jewelry reserves the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise does not meet the policy requirements.

What is your repair policy? 

Rei of Light Jewelry is dedicated to quality work and customer satisfaction. Every item is inspected thoroughly before it leaves the design studio. All work is guaranteed for 30 days from the time of purchase/delivery.

In the event an item needs to be repaired after 30 days there will be minimum base charge of $25 for time and any materials necessary to complete the repair will be additional.  Please send a picture of the item in need of repair to info@reioflightjewelry.com with a detailed description. We will look yo give you an estimate time and materials for the repair and  if we can’t without seeing it in person, we will give you a quote before completing the repair. Please note that all shipping fees are the customers responsibility unless the repair is within the guarantee period. Please send your repair only after communication with us and be sure to send your jewelry with postal tracking as we are not responsible for packages that you ship. We will always return your jewelry with tracking.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are final sale. 

 All jewelry designs are handmade to order so please be patient and we promise it will be worth the wait. Orders usually ship within 4 -10 business days depending on the number of pieces ordered. If your order is a “RUSH” you can reach out me us @ info@reioflightjewelry.com to discuss your needs. Please note, we will do our best to meet your timeline, or you can opt to upgrade to a “rush order” for an additional charge. This would be anything needing to be shipped or picked up earlier than our standard time frame. 

SHIPPING:

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for USA orders. All orders are shipped priority mail with tracking for a flat rate of $4.30.  Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

If you are local and picking up your order, we will call you when it is ready and you can come on by to pick it up. Shipping charges will not apply and can be refunded if the order is picked up.

Please allow up to 10-15 days minimum for International orders unless you choose UPS Express or DHL. We will need to setup a different shipping option for you if using anything other than USPS.  If a package gets held up in the destination countries customs it can take a little longer. This does not happen very frequently but does on occasion which is beyond our control. 

**International Orders- Delivered At Place (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. 

Wholesale orders, depending on volume may take 2-3 weeks to ship. All orders with a value exceeding $200.00 will be insured and those charges will need to be added and paid for by the buyer at the time of shipping.

Please contact info@reioflightjewelry.com to discuss express orders, international shipping times and costs, as well as production times and shipping expectations for custom orders.

At times the volume of some orders placed may exceed current materials on hand used to create your unique piece of jewelry. Due to the nature of inventory availability, if an item is ordered but no longer available, you will be contacted immediately with the option for a full refund, selecting another item in its place, or to wait and have the item re-created.

Caring for your Jewelry- PLEASE READ

Each piece of jewelry is handmade and requires delicate handling.

Most pieces are made of sterling silver, gold filled and rose gold filled metals. Some pieces have components that are sterling silver, silver filled, silver plated, gold plated, gold filled, rose gold filled, antique brass and antique copper. We do use nickel free components for some ear wires and ring bases.

We recommend that you do not do housecleaning, yard work, dishes, sleep, shower, or swim with your REI OF LIGHT JEWELRY on. Please remove your jewelry beforehand.  Excessive handwashing may cause your ring to tarnish over time so be sure to remove your ring.

Many designs are made with wire-wrapping techniques, which should be very delicately handled. Always store your jewelry in a cool and dry place and if you live near the ocean or in a damp area keep in a closed bag. 

Avoid undue moisture and should your item get wet, make sure to dry it off ASAP. Certain metals and plating can tarnish over time when exposed to chemicals, such as pool and sea water, hair spray, perfume, lotions and even the different PH balance of an individual’s skin. Do not submerge your precious gems in water so that you can protect the stone, metals, and wire.

Please do not sleep in your jewelry as things can happen when tossing and turning. Keep it by your beside or under your pillow if you want to have it close.
